One I-Beam Key Level Stick

Precision-engineered for accurate keyboard leveling, this I-Beam Key Level Stick features a newly refined curved edge designed specifically to accommodate Steinway keyboards, along with a perfectly flat edge suitable for all other piano makes.  Now available with either Modern or historic Steinway geometry.

Modern Steinway:

The front face is laser-etched with Wessell, Nickel & Gross, accented by an “S” on the right side, and finished with a durable red anodized coating for high visibility and long-lasting use. The underside clearly displays reference markings: a straight line indicating the flat (top) edge and a curved line indicating the contoured (bottom) edge—allowing for quick, confident orientation during use.  This contour matches the Modern Steinway spec of 1/16th" deflection or 1.5 mm deflection


Historic Steinway:

The front face is laser-etched with Wessell, Nickel & Gross and finished with a durable Black anodized coating for high visibility and long-lasting use. The underside clearly displays reference markings: a straight line indicating the flat (top) edge and a curved line indicating the contoured (bottom) edge—allowing for quick, confident orientation during use.  This contour matches the Historic Steinway spec of 1/32th" deflection or .8 mm deflection.
